Carriage Hills North is a 75 lot neighborhood located in Kansas City, MO off of Pleasant Valley Rd and Brighton Ave. Residents have taken over the HOA as of March 2023.

Come by the CHN pool on 7/19 and enjoy the company of and/or get to know your fellow neighbors! The HOA will provide food and drinks. Feel free to bring your favorite side or dessert to share!

Invoices for 2025 HOA dues were mailed on March 10, 2025. These dues of $600, which were approved at the 2025 annual HOA meeting of the homeowners, are due by April 30th. A special assessment of $284 was also approved by the homeowners at the annual meeting – these additional dues are due by June 15, 2025. A $25 fee will be incurred for any late payments.
